About

I help organisations turn AI, digital and cloud ambitions into results people actually use. Over ten years in consulting, tech start-ups and telecoms across Europe, the Middle East and India, I have shaped strategy and governance, designed target operating models and led the adoption and change work that makes new technology stick. I do my best work in the room, facilitating workshops with leadership teams and training champions who bring their colleagues along.

I hold an MBA from the University of Oxford and co-founded a women's community of more than 2,000 members, where I run mentoring and career events.
